KAM Building Services was formed in 2021 with the purpose of serving our commercial clients in all aspects of commercial building maintenance. We offer facility maintenance management services as well as Environmental Services tailored to your facility’s needs. We may look new but, we have over 30 years of Environmental Service expertise from the purchase of Matco Supply, an outstanding local Savannah Commercial Cleaner that specializes in medical offices around the Savannah Area.

We do not just want your facility to look clean, we want it to feel clean. Our highly trained staff has brought us the ability to offer a level of clean like no other. No two facilities are the same and we offer tailored service models to meet your specific facility’s needs. We train our staff based on your facility’s needs, not on a general service model, which means that you will receive a high level of service from us, not just a general clean.
